Refund Policy:
All sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds.
 

Reschedule Policy:
If you cannot attend your scheduled session, you may reschedule up to 48  hours prior. Reschedule at the link here

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made within 5 days for full refund.

No-Show Policy:
Credit will NOT be given to “no-show” guests under any circumstances.

You must contact studio prior to event to receive credit.

Conduct Policy: 
We ask guests to all do their best to ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone. We know the “sipping” can be fun, but please do so responsibly and be able to get home safely.
